I came in for a wash and blow with trim. It was $60. She dried out and burned my hair. She cut my hair while wet and then again while dry. She was not friendly and did not care that I was not satisfied. I told her I wasn't happy and she responded with Cash or card. I do not recommend this place outside of eyebrow threading.
Went in for a hair root touch up ,requested brown dye to match my hair. They did black on my roots ,leaving my roots black and the rest of my hair being brown that it was originally. When I asked for a solution they stated that it was brown when its clearly black and demanded that I pay $45 when they advertise $35 on a flyer that they gave me. They then called another store and the lady said that it was supposed to be brown. No one took responsibility for their mistake and they left me with my hair looking 2 different colors. Horrible customer service,and unprofessional.
Saba did my henna and threaded my eyebrows and did an amazing job! The design came out really nice and clean, and she took her time with it. Super happy with how it turned out—would definitely go back to her.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in to get eyelash extensions, and—I’m not even sure if the person who attended to me could be called a professional—she didn't focus on the service at all. She just wanted to apply one lash at a time, then jump to another client , and then come back to apply another lash. In the end, she left my lashes looking horrible, with thick clumps of glue. I have a regular place where I usually get my lashes done, and they take their time there; the only reason I went to this place was that it was close to my home. I tried to remove them that very same day; I bought two different types of lash remover, but there was so much glue that neither of them worked. I literally had to rip them off, which ended up damaging my natural lashes.
Saba was the best! She was quick and efficient and made me feel very comfortable. Not to mention a great price! I got a leg wax and face threading. Man my eyebrows have never looked so amazing. Will definitely be making this my permanent wax place!
