I came in for a wash and blow with trim. It was $60. She dried out and burned my hair. She cut my hair while wet and then again while dry. She was not friendly and did not care that I was not satisfied. I told her I wasn't happy and she responded with Cash or card. I do not recommend this place outside of eyebrow threading.
Went in for a hair root touch up ,requested brown dye to match my hair. They did black on my roots ,leaving my roots black and the rest of my hair being brown that it was originally. When I asked for a solution they stated that it was brown when its clearly black and demanded that I pay $45 when they advertise $35 on a flyer that they gave me. They then called another store and the lady said that it was supposed to be brown. No one took responsibility for their mistake and they left me with my hair looking 2 different colors. Horrible customer service, and unprofessional.
Saba did my henna and threaded my eyebrows and did an amazing job! The design came out really nice and clean, and she took her time with it. Super happy with how it turned out—would definitely go back to her.
